Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The return request is made within 30 days of delivery.

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with tags attached.

  • Final sale items, intimates, swimwear, and customized products cannot be returned unless defective.

  3. Ship the Item
    Send the item using a trackable shipping service and share the tracking number with us.

  4. Inspection & Refund
    Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
